Shipping Policy

Last updated: 1/15/2026. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop with Two Brothers Grooming Co.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may begin processing on the following business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly. If we anticipate any significant delay, we will do our best to notify you via email.

Shipping locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping rates & methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Available shipping options and estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping (such as free or discounted shipping) subject to specific terms, order minimums, or limited-time offers.

Estimated delivery times

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery timeframes within the United States are:

  • Standard shipping: usually 3–7 business days
  • Expedited options (when available): typically faster, as shown at checkout

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link (when provided by the carrier).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Address accuracy & delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship your order to an updated address, but additional shipping charges may apply.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us so we can review options with you.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products.

We will review your claim and work with you to make it right in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
